Alina is a Seattle-based occupational therapist, gym owner, and co-founder of Silicon Valley DXA. With over a decade of experience in strength & conditioning, women’s health, and rehabilitation, she’s helped hundreds of people move better, feel stronger, and take ownership of their health from the inside out.

Alina holds a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Puget Sound and brings a rare blend of clinical insight, coaching experience, and empathy to everything she does. Her approach is rooted in the belief that your body isn’t broken. It’s adaptable, resilient, and wants to function well when given the right conditions. 

At Silicon Valley DXA, Alina leads all things marketing and client experience. From booking your first scan to eading your results summary, she’s behind the scenes making sure it’s clear, approachable, and actually useful. She specializes in turning complex data into human language, and helping people create real, sustainable changes to their body composition, performance, and long-term health.
